When you visit the Castello di Amorosa (Castle of Love) winery in Calistoga, this is the private room where you get to enjoy their Food & Wine Pairing. You almost feel as though you are in Italy when visiting this castle due to the attention to detail given to every inch of the winery, along with the authentic imported Italian materials used to build the castle. I also appreciate the beautiful features that accurately represent Italian culture and history.
